Weekend Schedule in the Bay Area - Rancho San Antonio!

The weather is going to be great this weekend, so we've planned a trip to Rancho San Antonio Park in Cupertino to walk around and see some animals. We chose a trail that we hadn't been on before and were surprised to come across a view that we're now calling 'Bay Area's Little Gulani.'
🔍Rancho San Antonio County Park & Open Space Preserve

📍22500 Cristo Rey Dr, Cupertino, CA 95014

‼️Free parking. There are multiple parking lots at the base of the mountain. Lot 6 is the closest to the farm. As a famous spot, parking spaces can get quite tight over the weekend. We arrived around three-thirty on Saturday and luckily found a spot just as someone was leaving.

✨There are many trails within the park, suitable for various difficulty levels. You can choose freely. This time, since we were walking with our children, we chose the trail from the parking lot to Deer Hollow Farm and back. It's a mile each way.
There are a lot of people walking their children on this trail. The entire trail is very flat, stroller-friendly, and some parts are well-paved.

It was the most beautiful season when we visited. The grass hadn't turned yellow yet, everything was lush and green, making us feel calm and joyful. We were even lucky enough to see a few playful wild rabbits and a few deer on the slope.

It was a pity that we arrived at the farm after four o'clock and it had already closed. But we were still lucky to see two cows inside the farm. If you arrive early when the farm is open, you should be able to see goats, sheep, pigs and chickens and also watch staff feeding the animals.
